Beef with Pineapple & Garlic

菠蘿蒜片牛柳粒

Simple and easy, a delicious beef recipe that uses tangy & sweetness of the fruit in enhancing the savory flavour. Try this with rice or noodles!

Ingredients:

12 oz sirloin steak
15 garlic cloves
½ cup of canned pineapple
2 tbs butter

Marinade:

1 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp sugar
½ tsp dark soy sauce
½ tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp cornstarch

Method:

  1. Wash beef and cut 2 inch (5cm) cubes. Mix marinade ingredients together. Add to cubed beef and let marinate for about 30 minutes

  2. Lightly fry garlic slices until golden and set aside.

  3. Melt butter and add cubed beef, let cook for a few minutes. A dash of cooking wine to help bring out the flavour. Add pineapple and garlic, saute for 1-2 minutes and it’s ready to serve.

材料:

靚牛柳1片12安士
蒜肉15粒切片
罐裝菠蘿粒1/2杯
牛油2湯匙

醃料:

生抽1湯匙
喼汁1湯匙
糖1/2茶匙
老抽1/2茶匙
黑椒粉1/2茶匙
生粉1茶匙


做法:

  1. 牛柳洗淨切約5分丁粒,加醃料醃30鈡。

  2. 蒜片放入熱油半煎炸,至微黃色取出。

  3. 煮溶牛油放入牛柳粒,炒片刻至8成熟賛酒,加入蒜片,菠蘿粒炒勻,即可上𥐙供食。

• 肉眼牛扒 (Rib eye)
• 里脊牛排 (Strip Loin)
• 西冷牛扒 (Sirloin)
• 牛柳 (Tenderloin)
